The aim and purpose of work experience is to encourage all students to learn about and understand the skills required for a place of work. We have adapted our provision and developed a hybrid week that supports all learners to explore a variety of jobs and careers. Students need to be work ready and are encouraged to organise their own placements.

We use Unifrog as our platform to organise student placements and we regularly communicate with parents/ carers throughout the process to ensure all student information is accurate and all learners are safe. We check that each placement has the correct insurance, that everyone will be treated fairly and that students will partake in a meaningful experience.
